Suppose your California Insurance License is renewed in 2021. In that case, you will need to make sure you have 24 hours of continuing education on record with the State. Sounds easy, right? Many agents are still making mistakes in choosing the wrong courses. Other agents do not attend enough classes. If this happens to you, your license will be suspended. And, a suspended license means no paycheck for you!
Karen was running late on her California Insurance Renewal like many insurance agents. Her license was expiring in a few days. She was pressed to finish her continuing education requirements. She needed to pay her California license renewal fees. Flash forward a day, and three continuing ed courses were completed and fees paid to the DOI. Done? She thought so. Karen called our office to make sure her credits were posted.
