Karen was running late on her California Insurance Renewal like many insurance agents. Her license was expiring in a few days. She was pressed to finish her continuing education requirements. She needed to pay her California license renewal fees. Flash forward a day, and three continuing ed courses were completed and fees paid to the DOI. Done? She thought so. Karen called our office to make sure her credits were posted.
